Day 14
The app is finished. It is published and online. There is a huge sense of relief especially because giving presentations isn't very daunting to me. I'm excited to have a finished product that I can show people if they ask about Digital CUrrents.
Day 13
I've almost finished my app. Pretty much all I need now is sound fx. All my buttons work and there are minimal bugs. I want to make sure I add very explicit sounds to accompany the slapstick humor. Also, I will add key narrations from the MXC show.
Day 12
More editing... I finished my rotoscoping and placed my animations into the stater app. It's really exciting because I can finally see the end product in sight. I can now fully envision what my project will look like. I'm hoping that my project will be funny and the audience will enjoy it. I just hope that they all know what MXC is...

Day 11
Let me start by saying that Google is awesome. There exists a plethora of entertainment items at our disposal. However, dispite temptation, we successfully started work on our individual final projects.
I began and nearly finished my rotoscoping of my MXC characters. My project is an adaptaion of the Monty Hall problem application and I created and MXC challenge spin on the app. So far the rotoscoping has been the focus of my work but I hope to expand tomorrow.

Day 10...
I wrote another KNOL! Link here: KNOL.
Also I decided what I wanted to start doing for my final project. I'm going to do an MXC theme and have people crash through the probability doors. If the person successfully crashes through, then it is a success. If they bounce off, then they lose.
I think it's time for another haiku:
An MXC challenge,
Will be created through flash.
It will be awesome.

Day 9
We officially finished all of the stater lab apps. We now get to start thinking about our own. I'm hoping to make one out of the probability or population doubling apps. I'm excited because the art is my favorite part and I'm going to finally be able to focus on the graphics portion and hopefully I can get really creative.

Day 8
Today we did rotoscoping. I created a flash animation of MC Hammer dancing his "Can't Touch This" dance. I started with the video and then traced my artwork over the frames of the movie. After I added coloring and highlighting I deleted the movie background to finish the flash animation.
